Happy October to all our wonderful Patti’s families, we are off to a great start this fall!
The children are thriving and already doing art projects, lining up to go outside and wash hands, and sitting and listening to stories and songs. Most importantly, they are having lots of fun! We are so enjoying getting to know them. While we understand transitions during drop-off aren’t always easy for some, we want to thank all our parents for being so patient while we deal with separation challenges. I know it’s very difficult to leave your child when he/she is crying. Rest assured we are used to this, and it’s developmentally very normal for this age. We are accustomed to soothing upset children and will always call you if we feel it’s necessary. Despite some occasional tears during drop-off, the children are having a great time, and engaging in our activities with smiling faces!
A big THANK YOU for providing Patti’s with supplies to start the year off. This is a particularly generous group of families and we appreciate your kindness!
One quick reminder, please label all of your children’s belongings. The children are young and often forget which coat is theirs, so we are having some difficulty matching coats with no names to the correct owners.
As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. Thanks for sharing your children with us! – Cathy Jankovich
